Course contents:

1. What is functional training? Including transfer value of exercises from training to daily functionality. The eight functional muscle chains. The three movement planes.

2. Presentation: Introduction to MobileFit. History. Mounting and storage.

3. Use: One exercise at a time we will systematically go through a broad selection of the hundreds of possible MobileFit exercises.

i. We will go through: Visual demonstration of exercises. Explanation of the progression of the exercise, step by step. The primary criteria for correct execution from starting position, through the movement itself to end position.

ii. Spotting: Control of the important criteria from detailed execution to identification of errors.

iii. Correction: Correction of errors by use of visual and auditive cueing.

4. Programming: How to put together holistic MobileFit workouts. Integration of intensity in workouts.

5. Examination

Kursusindhold:

  • Hvad er funktionel træning? Herunder overførselsværdi af øvelser fra træning til daglig bevægelsesfunktion. De otte funktionelle muskelkæder. De tre bevægelsesplaner.
  • Præsentation: Introduktion til mobilefit. Historie. Montering og opbevaring.
  • Systematisk gennemgang af MobileFit øvelser, en øvelse ad gangen:
  1. Gennemgang: Visuel demonstration af øvelse. Forklaring af øvelsens progression punkt for punkt. De primære punkter/kriterier for korrekt udførelse fra startposition, gennem selve bevægelse til slutposition.
  2. Spotting: Kontroller de vigtige punkter/kriterier fra gennemgang og identificering af fejl.
  3. Korrektion: Justering af fejl ved visuel, audiotiv og tactile Cueing.
  • Programmering: Sammensætning af holistiske MobileFit Workouts. Integrering af intensitet i Workouts.
  • Eksamination.
  • Sammenfatning.
