2. Presentation: Introduction to MobileFit. History. Mounting and storage.
3. Use: One exercise at a time we will systematically go through a broad selection of the hundreds of possible MobileFit exercises.
i. We will go through: Visual demonstration of exercises. Explanation of the progression of the exercise, step by step. The primary criteria for correct execution from starting position, through the movement itself to end position.
ii. Spotting: Control of the important criteria from detailed execution to identification of errors.
iii. Correction: Correction of errors by use of visual and auditive cueing.
4. Programming: How to put together holistic MobileFit workouts. Integration of intensity in workouts.
